The first bedroom is a king suite, and the second contains a custom made bunk that has a king on top, a bottom queen and a side twin bed. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and finishes, dining table that seats 8, living room with large flat screen and 2 sofas, wet bar with wine cooler, and a large balcony.
The third floor has the theater room with seating for 7 and the ultimate master bedroom. The top floor king master suite features a decorative fireplace, a large kitchenette, breakfast bar, dining table (seats 4), sleeper sofa, dream bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in multi-spray shower, and arguably the best views in the whole house!
