 Our home is located on the East End of Panama City Beach. It is located around popular attractions, good eats, and nightlife. It is roughly 0.5 miles to the heart of Panama City Beach. A five minute / $6 Uber or Lyft away. This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility as the setting of the house is quiet and secluded. World class fishing minutes from our door. There are also several top rated restaurants near "A Sight To Sea": Pineapple Willie's, Chewies Kitchen, Smok'n Oz BBQ, Shane's Rib Shack and many more.  

You can instant book a 3 night rental in off season and a 7 night rental in peak season. We handle other reservations on a case-by-case basis depending on availability but can almost always make it work. We will respond to an inquiry within minutes most times, some of the time immediately.  

VERY! Our house was designed with all the comforts of home in mind. Fully stocked kitchens, premium furnishings, updated appliances, 11 TV's, coffee makers, extra linens… etc.

Yes! No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment. 

We will do our best. Most days there is someone checking in the same day there is a checkout but we try and go above and beyond if this is requested. There’s a $50 early check-in fee if we can accommodate.  

The privacy, private pool, and the sunsets from every balcony. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and we guarantee that your vacation will be one that you won't forget.  

Out of our control. We can’t charge you more when the weather is perfect and we don’t charge you less when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate. Rain in the forecast doesn’t effect your stay any more or less than your stay in a hotel. In fact, if you’re going to be cooped up due to weather, you might as well have a beachfront view! Unless a named storm is hitting during your dates, weather is not a valid reason to expect a refund or a reschedule. 

No(ISH)... Maybe, but unlikely. Don’t expect a price reduction unless it’s the slow season and you’re messaging about days within 1-4 days of check-in or you’re looking for a long-term stay in the off season (see next “Q”). If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above and tell us a budget we can try and work with you.  

We have done long term rentals in the past. It is a 20% discount compared to the daily rate. From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work.  

Never. We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property.  

Only Registered service animal. Please contact us if you have questions about this. Please be prepared to present FULL documentation. 

Yes, IF it is pre-approved by the owner. Remember though, This is a place to relax and house rules must be followed at all times.

VERY. I grew up around this area and we’ve never had any sort of issue.  

Yes and No. We do have an elevator in the house but doors, entry ways, and showers are not ADA approved.   

Yes, you can park your car. There is room to park 5 cars on our property.
